I do not enjoy going to the dentist. However, my anxiety was halted first with my encounter with the staff at Arch Dent Dental. And, second, by the treatment from Dr. A. Archie. He took time to explain the process and put me at ease. Dr. Archie and his staff were understanding and kind. My questions regarding billing and treatment plan were answered to my delight. If you are searching for a professional dental office and dentist I highly encourage you to call the office of Arch Dent Dental.

Originally had an appt for 9/5/23 as a new patient, had a tooth cracked approx. 2 weeks before the 9/5 appt and called to see if I could get in the day of the cracked tooth happen and well before the 9/5 appt. Unfortunately, was told no but I could get an earlier appt for 8/30. I get there and was pleasantly surprised at the welcome and understanding of my situation and was prep'd and the tooth pulled within one hour. Additionally, the staff from the bottom up were so friendly and sympathetic to my situation as well as the pain I was feeling,which was unexpected. In fact, it turns out that the office was much further from my house than 8 thought due to their offices relocating approx 10 miles from their original office location that is still reporting on my provider website and I was planning to change to an dentist office my closer to my home giving the traffic nightmare but after meeting the staff and the doctor, I've decided the experience was a blessing in disguise and have decided to make that dentist office my permanent dentist and will be advising my wife and demanding my kids go to them for all near and future dentist treatment. And lastly, they made sure I understood my billing cost up-front! Yup, I love the office and I didn't feel a thing after they numbed me uo.....lol!

I love the dentist that helped clean my teeth and she was really knowledgeable in explaining my tooth issues and since I was pregnant she was gentle with me while cleaning my teeth, boy it being almost 4-5yr since I cleaned my teeth and it felt good going back to my old routine, my swollen gum is feeling less tense now for almost 2month managing the pain that refuses to go away.

The best dentist office I ever been to in my life. Great hospitality, everyone makes you feel very comfortable. All the equipment was brand new. Assistants are on top of all your needs. The Surgeon is very meticulous about his work. Mrs Barbara sets the whole mood with the Mother Earth vibe. Everything is going to be ok and when you see her em I’lle you believe it.. 🙏🏾

The staff at Arch Dental welcomed me like I was their most important client. I didn't have to wait long and the dental technicians were awesome. I have a small mouth so they took extra time taking x-rays which was a blessing. I had a lot of emergency dental work to be done, Dr. Archie made sure that I left his office with the best care that he and his staff could provide. I had broken a crown that couldn't be saved so now I require a bridge. My temporary bridge looks great I can only imagine how great the permanent bridge will look. From the office staff, the dental technicians to the office manager and Dr. Archie I had a great experience. I highly recommend Arch Dental for all of your dental care!

I actually enjoyed my experience at this dental office. The staff was very friendly. The doctor was very informative and thorough. I felt like family there.

I neglected my teeth for a whole year due to the pandemic. I didn’t want to go to the Dentist having my mouth open or having people work on me. So wearing a mask made it so easy for me to not worry about my smile. Now I’m ready to start getting work done and I selected Dr.Archie, He performs all types of procedures. On my first visit I was so impressed with their customer service and the professionalism everyone presented. The technician and the doctors are very knowledgeable. The Account Manager helped me out with my insurance and made sure that my out of pocket was at the minimum for me to pay. I will definitely make Dr. Archie my permanent dentist.😁

I love it here it’s super clean , it was disinfected 3 times while I was there , my teeth feel clean and I got a little kit to take care of my teeth until my next visit .nice calm place and no crowd in the waiting room❤️I recommend this place if you want to be treated right.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tiffany was so sweet and instructive. She put on music and lowered lights to help ease any anxiety I was feeling and showed me exactly what was going on with my teeth. This office really makes an effort to set the tone for a relaxing experience. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family and am hoping to be a lifelong patient here!

Before I patron any business I research who is the owner is and what kind of character does that person exhibits. Dr. Archie is a very good person. He will answer in detail all of your concerns and ease all of the fears that are associated with coming the dentist. His staff is very professional and warm. I did read all of the reviews that were given but I wasn't influence by any of them. That's why I had to come in and experience for myself and I didn't leave disappointed. I had all my bottom teeth extracted an 2 of them had to be surgically removed. It's been 3 days and I have yet to have any pain. I have felt pretty good. Arch Dental is worth every penny.

I am afraid of the dentist. I went to Arch Dent Dental and when I walked in, I was immediately relaxed. The office is very nicely decorated. The staff was so friendly and caring. I had to have a tooth extracted and was petrified but guess what, I didn’t feel the shot nor did I feel the extraction. I didn’t even know he was done. That did it for me, this is MY dental clinic. I've been a patient of Dr. Archie's for 2 years now and I must say, as a person who has a fear of dentist, he eased all my fears. He has a very gentle and caring touch. Takes time with you to explain everything and to listen to your concerns. When getting shots with Dr. Archie, when he says it's a small pinch, it really is. There is never a long wait to be seen in this office either. I have never waited more then 5 minutes. His support staff and hygienist are wonderful. I've never had a problem with billing and they explain the cost of everything and what your portion is before they even begin treatment so you are fully aware. If you're looking for an intimate boutique dental practice and not one of those huge, mega offices where they never remember your name without looking at your chart, then Arch-Dent Dental Clinic is definitely the place you want to go.
